Since joining Clinique in 1997, Beth DiNardo’s mission has been to help women look good. Currently the Senior Vice President for Clinique’s Global Marketing, Beth pinpoints the areas of the anti-aging market that Clinique has yet to tackle and dominate. And there is still unexplored territory out there, as proved by the ever-expanding variety of products catering to women who desire to preserve their youth.
“It used to be so simple. ‘Am I dry or not? Do I need moisturizer or not?’” Beth told the New York Times in 2003. “Now, picking the right cream has become a full-time job.” It’s a job that Beth hopes to simplify, as her own job boils down to one thing: making women choose Clinique.
