How do you define power? Do you enjoy it? How do you live with your success?

The ability to move others while being inspired yourself. I live with “success” by not buying into it.

When do we stop asking questions about gender equality? When will it be Power People instead of Power Women? Is gender more important than politics?

I don’t think we will ever stop asking the question, but we can hope. Politics are a part of everything, but not necessarily gender specific.

What do you think of social media?

Some of it frightens me, some of it I cannot believe I have lived without.

What’s one place you’ve always wanted to visit on your travels?

India.

When sending a child out to see the world for the first time, where would you send them?

Community service in your own backyard.
